WHAT IS WITH THE ADS?

So I sign up for AdSense ~ don't ask why I have not a clue!! Anyway I was under the impression somehow it picked up topics/keywords in my blog and the ads placed on my blog would somehow correlate. At least that is what I thought! Well in the past two days the ads have been erectile dysfunction remedies, pregnancy, birth control, morning sickness remedies and how to get your baby to sleep through the night! Does google know something I DON'T KNOW? I sure don't have any of those topics in my life right now and I sure haven't blogged about anything in that list of ads! One of those things that make you go hmmm.......
